Intervention Aided Caregivers, Not Preemies

BALTIMORE — Very early in-home interventions targeting cognition and motor skills do not appear to improve outcomes for preterm infants, but they do seem to reduce anxiety, depression, and distress among their caregivers, according to study findings.
